Maybe some of this group learned from the last go-around, but there are also 1,000 pilots who weren't even here for the last negotiations.
Of course they should declare a labor dispute immediately if the counteroffer isn't serious and substantial, I just fail to see the teeth in that declaration with such a passive group.
