One just needs to look at JF and see all the posts about vacation footprints, this pilot group is undereducated when it comes to the CURRENT contract! They are absolutely certain it's terrible and absolutely sure that the negotiating team doesn't know what they are doing.
DING DING DING. It’s laughable to see some of those posts, especially from people who have been here long enough they should know the contract. Almost always self inflicted wounds due to not taking the time to read the CBA or scheduling committee articles explain how to maximize time or money. I have seen post saying PBS is good…….. Embarrassing honestly. Management laughs the entire time as they read people posts negotiating against themselves.
Our vacation system is substantially better in pay and flexibility compared to anyone else in the industry and yet some can’t even figure that out.
