Negotiations are ongoing with the airport, but at the moment if you wanted to build a replica of terminal D on the terminal F site you’re looking at a whopping 150 million/gate. Yeah! Per gate!

So in short, if anyone owns any real estate at DFW, I bet they’ll be hanging on to it with a death grip.
