just because something works for your individual circumstances doesn't mean that it works for everyone. Also the original point was about something that wasn't negotiated nor is there any contractual language supporting it. They just do it and we accept it. The snapshot is the same so when you run your mouth about pilots being Under educated on the current contract you should make sure the things that you are referring to are actually in the contract. I started this thread mentioning that I was scouring section 25 of the contract to look for language that supported what they were doing. as of yet no one has given me any reference. If you know of something that supports rday minimum objective criteria since you're so well versed on the current contract I will be happy to hear about it which is why I made the post.
As to the negotiating committee let's just see how many concessions this TA has. I'll book mark this thread and we can come back and have the discussion then.
