Regional pilots have one advantage over us: they can vote with their feet. All of these contracts are happening because majors and LCC's started drying up the regionals. I heard from a F9 union guy their last pay increase negotiations pre-covid were prompted by too many guys no-showing day 1 during Indoc. Nothing is gonna put the fire under the company's butt like pilots choosing anywhere else over us.
