Based on my limited knowledge/research, it appears that C5's culture/QOL/training department is fairly positive compared to what I've been reading about other carriers. Do you guys think that C5 is worth the $20-30/hour pay cut from other carriers for better training/culture/QOL?
I’ve been in a career field prior to flying planes that was ****ty QoL and learned A LOT. Now I value QoL over an extra $20-30,000 a year. That being said, if you absolutely need the financial bump, then maybe the money means more.
