It amazes me that guys are so ready to put their hats back on instead of being unified with other pilots till the end. I know that when I see a Capt wearing a hat I, and most of us, pretty much assume he’s an a-hole that sides with mgmt and not me.
I think some wear the hat to give the MEC the middle finger. Or they don’t wear the lanyard for that reason.
