Companies don’t resolve contracts until they are forced to. Bailing the company out bc it pays a premium pay doesn’t send a message that you are demanding a new contract.
Do you think IAs will get it done? They will cover the flights. I get what you're saying but it's going to take a lot more ugly for vengeance to out motivate greed. My status quo is to be as unproductive as possible and occasionally GS which is why I don't currently hold a line.
