Well if the company is doing well why on earth would they improve anything? Sorry to be that guy but I’m just looking at this from a basic perspective. In the end I hope the airline grows and prospers but we are treated as such.

Theres a process. A very slow and painful process. But the end of that process is the labor group can strike.
I get what you're saying though. And the reality is the company is smart and created multiple pipelines of pilots to keep the airline afloat. Purdue, ERAU and ATP. Maybe there's more, I don't even know?
