Done through PCS not Swap board, however the swap board can list your trip as a Q trip for PCS pickups.
To clarify, the only way to get your trip shown as a Q trip in open time is to submit a personal drop request via the iCrew menu. Posting a swap board pickup won't automatically do that for you (though I wish it did).
