Guys, guys, guys, if you watched OAWTC you would have seen, if they get back pay for the ones that left it’ll be great. But regardless of if that happens or not those on sight WILL have retro pay. Just my opinion but those that voted with their feet helped us get mgmt back to the table. The record high attrition was most definitely a factor. The least we could do is TRY to say thank you to them.
Yeah, no. The guys who left, left under the contract as it was then. They made their decision. This is not a reasonable ask on the part of our negotiating comittee, and they should drop it.
