I wouldn't bank on one leg days at any NB operation unless you're senior. Or enjoy red-eyes.

I think you'll do fewer legs on average at AS (or any other legacy on NBs), but the overall schedule may be less efficient vis a vis days off than at SWA.

Or you can get hired at big-three, get on a WB immediately or relatively quickly and enjoy one-leg days forever.
