WG operates using 121 Supplemental rules with duty days up to 30 hours long and 350 hours of flying allowed in 90 days. You can fly 115 hours during your 17 duty days and get zero overtime. Zero credit for deadheading......in middle seat economy class.
WG has a strict policy that prevents employees from being forthcoming on social media. The cheerleading posts from management stooges seem to be encouraged, but it's difficult for line pilots to offer honest opinions if it can be viewed as negative in any way.
