Okay I’ve wondered about this for a long time. About a year ago at my current company, flew in for the layover but incredibly late. Landed around 1am. Had to adjust show time, etc. Got down to the train, nothing running. Of course. We remembered there was a bridge to the main building, so thankfully we were parking at A something and we eventually got to the curb to find a taxi.

They shut the train down every night at 10pm for “testing,” which has been occurring for about a year and a half now. No end in sight. At times, the entire curb for rental car looks like a Disneyland queue.
