I've dealt with her before. It was in a slightly different situation.
She needs to be gently reminded that while we won't get paid for 2 tickets on the same pairing number, she can leave two (or more) bookings for us on the same day. If she can't understand that, the supervisor needs to be called.
She would be in hot water if you never deviated and travel had to buy a last minute ticket or you got bumped to a later flight.
