I’d be willing to guess a lot of those PI’s and LCA’s are gambling on instructor provisions similar to TA1 in a timely TA2, and if this drags out indefinitely you’ll see the tide ebb back out of the building.
Not to mention a lot of senior PIs and LCAs that will leave if no TA2 in next 60-90 days.
