AA posted Mins is 1500 with unrestricted ATP. So if a CFI can pop out a ATP in a Seminole real quick, they have the Mins and could be hired right seat FO of the 777
Nobody is getting hired in into the right seat of any wide-body at AA and won't for a long time. Different situation than UA/DL which have a higher ratio of WB to NB and some different reserve rules which makes WB Reserve at the Junior bases VERY undesirable. WB FO still goes senior at AA.
