This is seriously some of the worst advise somebody could ever come up with! Yes the LTD until 65 is a great benefit and hopefully the rest of the industry follows in their next contracts but to make a career decision on something you can purchase out of pocket for an insignificant amount is absolutely asinine. I purchase loss of license insurance from HW to cover me until 65, the monthly premium cost less than 1% of my average monthly pay.
