It's just like the regionls have been doing for a decade. I explained this numerous pages back.
If the union could stop it, they would have. Just as all the regional unions would have.
This will go over about as well as everything else I say on here: At the end of the day, Barry signs the paychecks. They are running the business, not us. We are just a labor group. What we have in the fight is a CBA. And we should fight like hell to get the best one we can and work with the union to enforce it, but beyond that Barry and the boys are steering the ship. Not particularly well, I'll admit. But, I'm going to outlast them by a long time. Already been thru a management team switch and I'll be here (with my seniority number) for multiple more management teams.
