I worked as an engineer 25 years, including director positions, before making the commitment to switch to flying for a living. And I gotta say, I never worked someplace where everyone argued how they have a better reason why the company sucks. I, personally, am looking forward to a roomy cockpit, side sticks seems kinda cool, and a PHX base.
