I would hugely disagree with that. They’ve been riding our coat tails for years, and have been the unseen entity in the room every time we tried to negotiate just about anything (SIL’s ring a bell?). What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. It’s about time that blade cuts the other way.

Besides, it’s a good way to get some soft pay to keep “the general public” from questioning our hourly rate.

Honestly baffled why anyone would be against the “me too” on boarding pay.
