Because it's unnecessary and IMO, beneath our profession. . Just roll everything into the hourly rate. What's next? Accepting tips like FAs get occasionally? Soft gains can also be attained thru other methods like increased DC vs wasting negotiating capital on boarding pay like it's a amateur hour
