Did you all get leaked a ratified contract that I haven’t heard about yet???

We’ll know if “Sailing was right” only when we each can evaluate whether the eventual ratified contract was worth the wait. My hunch is that answer will also differ from one pilot to the next. This contract sets a vector for my next couple decades of work, so it’s as much about what we gain in the short term as what precedents we do and don’t set for ourselves and the industry at large.

I cringe to imagine what management would have required to sign an early contract in 2019. Thank goodness that didn’t happen.
