Sorry but that is completely wrong.

“upon the death of the pilot, the funds in the RHA/VEBA can only be used by the surviving spouse and dependent children. If there is not a surviving spouse or there are no eligible dependents, remaining money in the pilot’s RHA/VEBA account is lost and reallocated to current RHA/VEBA plan participants. “
