With the continuous distractions and repeating work to ensure I picked up where I left off, any MEL that requires my attention, calling dispatch for some fuel, reviewing all our possible taxi/runway change plan with WDR issues like tailwinds, TO power, packs off etc., deice calls and planning, jumpseat/nonrev check walk, NOTOC, LEOs, new FO brief every effin leg, FC meet and greet (ok, I don't do that) and my PDP, I'm easily at 45 minutes.
Don't forget if you are at an outstation with no mx you need to postflight and fully put the bird to bed after everyone is off. My friend at the Eskimo says they call in their official time to stop the pay clock. Can round pre and post off to an hour
