I am not sure what ALPA has to do with company paid disability. The company disability would be offset dollar for dollar once you reached your FAE from additional income. If your FAE is 300,000 a year your disability is 150,000 a year. You can earn 150,000 a year to bring your earnings up to your FAE of 300,000. At that point any additional income is offset dollar for dollar from the disability payment. Basically you can’t earn above whatever your FAE might have been.
Because the people on a stipend get their full disability + pay from alpa to “make whole”
