Now I question several people I know who hold an ATP and many on these various boards who likely do as well but I think the feds have written that particular reg with exactly this type of guy in mind.
Not sure how he qualified for a medical. Granted, he was well behaved the ten years he was incarcerated and you go into zoom school with whatever social skills you had in high school and those largely attrit away over the next four years so he wasn’t nearly as socially mature as most 29;year olds would have been, but damn…
