Exactly this. Go to any other pilot forum and you will see that there is always a segment that thinks the problem is the organization acronym and not the elected leaders that are the reason for any outcome.. That being said, certainly some organizations are gonna give you a better chance for success due to resources etc, but 90% of the time it is the people you put in office.
