787/777 junior man was a base trade. While contractual, it is not widely available. 787/777 junior man awarded in a bid is around 70% system seniority. I live in IAH and am waiting for a new hire class date. Just trying to decide if I should bid (subject to availability on my class bid) 777 SFO and commute or 320 IAH and be home. I know everyone will say home but I really like long haul flying.
