Here, you have a whole group of people who were bartenders, mall employees, and waitresses 6 months ago armed with easily hurt feelings and the ability to "clean kill" your 30 year career by writing you up to employee relations in Dallas.

Houston and Dallas are both equally fairly junior for FOs. Dallas is grown out and is really only going to add pilots as headquarters seagull jobs appear. Houston is getting ready to add some gates and has a little wiggle room to grow as is. Had a FO jumpseating the other day who was awarded Dallas in her 4th month on the line.
