The people with real jobs typically don't drag their wife out of her eco-system, away from friends and family, drop her in a new town and then leave on a 4-day trip
We are different in that regard... many commute to allow the wife/fam to be near their social support system while you're gone chasing raises, upgrades, and better jobs at new domciles.
