We are still losing a handful of new hires per class to other airlines, so instead of having empty seats like in the past, they're now overbooking classes and asking people to go home and come back later after day 1. So instead of the company f-ing over themselves, they're now f-ing over the new hires instead. Pretty indicative move of what's to come for all the newbies.
