I listened to Casey on the podcast and I noticed that he, nor anyone else, has specifically pointed out what section of the contract rolling pilots down while being paid and having a seniority number violates. Crew scheduling probably has "KCM" in large font in their private notes about me, but I can't find any section of the contract that says they have to train you in a specified amount of time. I would very much welcome someone giving me the reference, otherwise we are no better that SWA management and their "interpreting" the contract.

I did hear in the same podcast that there is an issue with if these new hires are properly enrolled in LTD, STD, travel, and CASS. This does need to be addressed...
