Crew scheduling probably has "KCM" in large font in their private notes about me, but I can't find any section of the contract that says they have to train you in a specified amount of time. I would very much welcome someone giving me the reference, otherwise we are no better that SWA management and their "interpreting" the contract.

I did hear in the same podcast that there is an issue with if these new hires are properly enrolled in LTD, STD, travel, and CASS. This does need to be addressed...

1. A pilot’s Seniority Date will begin to accrue from the date the pilot is first placed on the Company payroll in a pilot training status and actually begins pilot training with the intent of regular line flying, and will continue to accrue thereafter during all service as a pilot except as provided in this Section or other Sections of this Agreement.
