If you can get rid of your straight time stuff and pick up premium pay and soft time, you can make way more as a lineholding Fo than a Captain that doesn't trade their trips at all. You really think that having “wolves and sheep” is the best way to structure our pay system? I personally don’t, and think it’s the antithesis of what’s being in a union is about. We shouldn’t have to be computer whizzes, upa sharp shooters, or know an LCA in order to prosper, as it pits us against each other. Again, just my opinion.
