I had a mentee a few years ago who came from Spirit and got the 320 in his drop. He still went through the full course. He said he was a little surprised at some of the differences in procedures. One example was at Spirit they had to verbalize every single FMA change. Small differences, but still… Getting the ‘new’ procedures into your brain was a lot more worthwhile in the full course than he thought.
And if you get something else, you will
absolutely need the full course. No question about it. There is more than just flows and V1 cuts when coming to a new airplane at a new airline Or air line.
P.S. I echo what Buck said. You may not have meant your post come come across as entitled, but it kinda did. So be aware of that if you go to any other airline. Humility goes a long way.
