I'm assuming it's because they are working on the system. Alerts have not been working reliably for a few weeks now. I sent a dart to the union and it was blown off. I emailed flica support and on Nov 21 they said:Thank you for contacting FLICA Support. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience. Our technical teams are working on it actively and have found a fix. Please allow us some more time and communication will be rolled out accordingly at the earliest possible.
