They get zero paid sick leave, but on top of that the freight rails threaten termination for “taking advantage” of unpaid sick. That is to say- if you use it at all. How can you blame this on the R’s? The D’s are the ones that decided to they weren’t going to let them strike. Even the liberal media has been reporting on this in a non friendly light for the D’s. The GOP might not be blameless here but pinning this on the R’s seems misguided. Listen to Saagar and Krystal on this, good reporting. She is a hardcore liberal but doesn’t play games. The D’s are terrible when it comes to organized labor issues. They did great reporting on Starbucks too, there was no help from any D’s short of Bernie.
