How about a $1,000,000 bonus, 5 year commitment, paid upon signing. Get your pilots locked in before mainline rates go up along with the then newly increased desire to go there. Solve the regional pilot leaving for mainline problem until the supply pipeline fills up.
I'd probably take that deal.
They would have to pay it to everyone on property .That would be quite the investment. Certainly would be nice . I think their most inexpensive way to solve all issues is go back to the way it was from the 60’s to the early to mid 90’s and all 70 seat Jet flying and higher is all mainline .
