Dude...I'm not feeling the luv. You left out my tuxedo chauffeured Bentley ride to work and back, with the caviar and champagne on the way home. All the tihngs you listed have never been given a part of a PWA,
MY sole demand, however, is something that was kinda given to BA years ago and much to my delight, Ted74 said is effectively still available to FedEx.
