If they try to freeze UNAs out this is some BS, there were guys junior to me still flying on some NB fleets, but they UNA'd me off the ER the first day they could.
Find it hard to believe ANY union would cut out active pilots from a signing bonus.
It's one thing if someone took a voluntary COLA..
But- if a pilot took an SRL, or another pilot was basically benched because their fleet/base was parked.. they still got "X" amount of hours pay and still deserve some sort of retro bases on that number.
