Believe the BP limit for pilots is 150/90 so you are close. A single reading doesn't mean much. I would start working on reducing your BP now (avoid salt, don't smoke and start excercising regurlarly). Not just to get a 1st class, but to improve your overall life expectency.
Usually as you get older your BP will get higher.
