Maybe at the end of this tunnel we will see the return of real unionism in this industry. Hopefully we will get rid of the soft union leaders (worthless) and return to the days of the Hoffa type mentality and either force companies to deal with us as professionals or risk getting shut down. Remember, it's a lot easier for a guy making 30K a year to go on strike than it is for a guy making 200K.
