Everyone is new once, but you seem overly clueless about process. This isn’t criticism, but an observation. How plugged in are you to learning about process?

You mean get involved in that political drama disaster? Not for me. The 2 meetings I have attended were useless. The frustration comes from lack of transparency. I get not negotiating in public…but at least a summary sheet. It got them in trouble before and I wouldn’t be surprised if history repeated itself.
