Imo if the company was being completely honest with their rationale there would’ve been a snap up in TA1.
Certainly not defending their wait and see approach - just saying once the DAL AIP became public in summary the bar moved much higher.
I know the Delta folks are proud of their process. - IMHO they don’t get this far at this time without the failed attempts at UAL and AMR.
