I’d love to see our WB fleet consist of 787’s and 350’s, but it’s the bean counters that make those decisions. From a non-bean counter perspective, I’d like to see a 787 order to replace the 767 since the 797 isn’t going to happen, and a 350 order to replace our aging 777 fleet. The Max and Neo can replace the 757 and we’d have a pretty efficient fleet.
From a risk mgmt standpoint, putting all your eggs in a single fleet brings a lot of risk. Multiply that risk by the dumpster fire Boeing has become.
