I beg to differ. If it’s in violation of our contract then they can’t operate the aircraft period! You do realize that when UAL took delivery of the 747-400 they had to park them because there was no negotiated rate for the 747-400.
If we buy the A350 and if my info is correct. Then we have more leverage and never just put that aside. Time for us at United to raise the bar and stop relying on DAL to do so for us. It’s our turn!
