Jumpseating is not contractual. It is an agreement between airlines. There are many places that don't have unions that have JS privileges. It has nothing to do with union negotiations. My union can negotiate with the airline all they want but they can't force XJT, SKW, SWA, UPS etc. to give us a ride. It's purely scratching each other's backs. CASS was made by FedEx not a union.
