Think we need improvements to RESERVE before the other stuff. I assure you a lot of reserves call in sick because of the BS that is handed out on a regular basis. The 18 hour Long Call reserve is useless, if everyone is put on SC or FSB. We need massive reserve improvements which will help alleviate all the NB vacancies. This can has been kicked down the road for way too long. Must be fixed in the DAL +1 AIP, or I'm a fat NO.
