I agree completely. According to the company the number of reserves is going up. Over 20 percent of United pilots are going to be on reserve and few years down the line many of them will be on global reserve.
Not to mention that under Tumi lineholders were all basically reserves as well. We need the reassignment rules that Delta just got.
